Essay

It is proved, the series of observations of the water runoff, air temperature and precipitation in the Rika River Basin is homogeneous and stationary. It is shown that the hydrological genetic methods, the generalized statistical criteria by the Fisher's and Stjudent's, and the method of the statistical significance of linear trends of the estimation of the homogeneity and stationarity of the series of observations in their simultaneous application gives opposite results. The correlations of the seasonal temperature, precipitation and discharges of the water courses were researched. The cyclical fluctuations of the hydrological and meteorological elements in the Rika River Basin were researched.
