The method of adjusting the jitter buffer, based on the forecast value fluctuations (standard deviation) packet transmission delay, jitter supports buffer size at the minimum level at which no packet loss. This approach allows to respond to changes in packet transmission delay fluctuations are not in fact change and advance. The process of varying the jitter buffer occurs smoothly, without compromising the quality of voice data in terms of a large fluctuation delay packet. The proposed method of choice for packet rejection receiver buffer in case of reduction of the amount and method of compensation (filling) the receiver buffer in case of an increase in its size. With the E-model evaluated the effectiveness of the proposed method of regulating jitter buffer compared with F-EXP-AVG method. The proposed method showed higher scores MOS at large fluctuations of delay and packet transmission method gave slightly F-EXP-AVG for small values of fluctuation.
