Mykolaiko I. Autoecology growth is the resistance of varieties Hippophae rhamnoides L. in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine and ways of its use.

The thesis presents the results of experimental studies of complex biological and ecological characteristics of plant varieties of H. rhamnoides L. in Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. The seasonal rhythms of growth and development stage ontomorphogenesis, especially the growth and development of aboveground and root systems. The results of studies of the regenerative capacity of plant varieties of H. rhamnoides and identified benefits of the drug KANO compared with other active ingredients to enhance the regenerative capacity of stem cuttings. The level of adaptation of plants to their biological and ecological characteristics. Field methods studied questions of plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions, such as drought resistance and winter hardiness is installed. Laboratory methods defined frost species, and especially the water regime shoots. The questions related to moisture and soil fertility. On the basis of experimental studies assessed the success of the introduction and decorative and practical recommendations concerning the prospects of breeding and rearing.
