Lavra V. New analytical forms for determination of the anionic surfactants by spectrophotometric and potentiometric methods

The thesis is devoted to systematic study of the basic chemical and analytical properties of the ion associates (IA) of anionic surfactants with basic polymethine dyes, the usage of already studied IA as effective analytical forms for creation of new selective, express, sensitive and precise methodologies of anionic surfactants (AS) spectrophotometric and potentiometric determination, which provide minimal ecological pressures on environment. The perspectives of the AS usage in analytical chemistry of new organic reagents – basic polymethine dyes – has been substantiated. The combined methods of microextraction by demixing as well as concentration of IA of the anionic surfactants with polymethine dyes, with further spectrophotometry of microextracts proved the effectiveness of the approach. The possibility of usage of the extracted IA of the anionic surfactants with polymethine dyes as electrode-active agents of plasticised ion selective electrodes has been elucidated. New high – efficient and competitive methods suitable for determination of AS in different samples have been worked out.
