Dissertation is worked out and substantiated theoretical positions, methodical approaches and practical recommendations on determining the impact of foreign economic activity in the structural transformation of regional economies; scientific approaches is systematized on determining the impact of foreign economic activity and region structure; conceptual principles and politics regional development experience of are investigated at the terms of exogenous factors activation; methodological approaches to the analysis and evaluation of the transformation dynamics in the region of increasing foreign economic openness of the economy are investigated; the complex analysis of regions foreign economic activity is carried out; features and character of structural transformations their economic systems are determined confor- mities of socio-economic asymmetries of Ukraine regions are set; conceptual approach and mechanism of management regional development are worked out in the conditions of foreign economic activity activation, the ways to overcome asymmetries of regional development through the structural transformation of the region are identified, use measures of international trade and capital movements are set as improvement instruments of regions economic structure.
