Tkachenko V. Energy consumption monitoring by the infrastructure of higher educational establishment (on the example of Cherkasy State Technological University)

Dissertation work is devoted to further development of increasing of the efficiency of the use of fuel and energy resources by the infrastructure of higher educational establishment which is based on the improvement of existing and the development of new scientific and administrative decisions, methods of evaluation of the efficiency of electric power consumption by means of the improvement of energy monitoring models included in energy-saving control system in educational establishments. The actuality of the theme of dissertation work is substantiated, aims and tasks of researches, scientific novelty and practical value of the work are formulated. Evidences of approbation, publication and realization of results, achieved in dissertation work, are presented. The authenticity and practical value of results, obtained in the work, has been confirmed by the use of results of researches in the process of realization of measures concerning the diminishing of electric power consumption in Cherkasy State Technological university and Cherkasy National University named after Bohdan Khmel'nyts'kyy.
