Essay

The object of research is process of placing the human component of the productive forces in the economic system of Ukraine. The purpose of research is theoretical justification and further development of methods to provide estimates of the spatial asymmetry of the placement of the human component of the productive forces in the economy of the regions of Ukraine. Methods of research are theoretical generalization, systematic logical analysis, content analysis, system analysis, analysis of the qualitative characteristics, systematic approach and statistical research methods. Methodological approach to the assessment state spatial asymmetry of distribution of productive forces for certain types of economic activity within the economic system of the region which takes into account the scale of economic activity in relation to the index mismatch of the productive forces and enables informed evaluation; methodological support sizing diffusion of productive forces in Ukraine the difference of which is a multi-level evaluation based on the methods of descriptive statistics and methods of differential and integral calculation. Methodological approach to the assessment of the perception of the economic system of the region of the human component of the productive forces which accounts move between administrative areas and allows to determine the type of region and reveal the diffusion processes of the human component of the productive forces; methodological support to determine the influence of spatial asymmetry in economic development region based on positive and negative consequences of thе process that allows an informed choice of priority directions of development of the region; the essence of the concept of "spatial asymmetry of placing the human component of the productive forces" which is basis for the human element as the most vulnerable and dynamic element of the productive forces are improved. Scientific results are used in the Main Statistical Office in Kharkiv Region (certificate No. 01/3/101 from 29.04.2014), Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine (certificate No. 37-11-2-15/8100 from 05.06.2014), Department of Agriculture Development of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No. 11-20/02/1270 from 02.06.2014).
