Babuch I. Financial imperatives of modernization of the productive forces of urban settlements in the Carpathian region

The thesis is devoted to defining the impact of the financial imperatives for the modernization of the productive forces of urban settlements in the Carpathian region, which are important to improve their sustainability. This work investigated the theoretical and methodological foundations of financial provision of social and economic development of cities and methodical approaches and practical guidelines regarding invocation financial imperatives of modernization of the productive forces of urban settlements in Ukraine. Theoretical foundations of urbanization, studied the methodology of financial imperatives of sustainable development. Proved that financial imperatives, on one hand, is defined as the dominant state provision of financial resources, which is achieved through the funding that is made in various forms, on the other - is the boundary conditions of the financial areas of the city that should not be violated under any conditions.
