The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical concepts and develop practical recommendations for diagnosis and mechanisms for strengthening regional convergence finance sustainable development of Ukraine. The emphasis is on developing predictive models of regional stability of club convergence of financial sustainable development of Ukraine, ordering financial instruments that promote sustainable development convergence regions and justifying their use in Ukraine, the algorithm of forming a strategy to strengthen convergence processes in the country in the positive direction of increasing convergence.
