Thesis for the candidate of technical degree of science on the specialty 05.13.07 - automation of control processes. - Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kharkiv, 2014. The thesis is devoted to decision of scientific and technical task of development of automated control system of the technological pickling lines of band steel, which are functioning in the conditions of current uncertainty, with the using of critical models. Recurrent forms of least-squares and instrumental variables methods with critical properties for the identification of pickling process were proposed. Methods and algorithms of critical control for pickling processes of band steel with the account of uncertainty were improved. Diagnostic method of the state of technological pickling lines of band steel with the using of neural network model was proposed. This method allows regulate length of steel loop in pickling bath and improves control quality. It was offered approach to automation of pickling processes of band steel by modification of control system by a continuous pickling aggregate on the basis of the proposed models and methods. The results of simulation and solving of practical tasks indicate that developed methods are effective ones.
