Essay

The thesis devoted to the optimal control problems for parabolic equations with point nonlocal boundary value conditions. The solutions of the energy minimization problem and the stabilization problemwere found and investigated. Asymptotic behaviors of solutions of linear-quadratic optimal control problem for a singularly perturbed parabolic equation with nonlocal boundary value conditions were constructed and justified.
