Essay

The thesis investigates the impact of different types of fertilizers and pre seeding inoculation (biopreparations: Polimiksobakteryn and Biogran) of maize seed on the nutrient regime of sod-podzolic soil, nutrients balance, intensity of nitrogen fixation and biological denitrification, peculiarities of forming groups of microorganisms in the root zone of plants, migration of nutrients beyond the root layer of soil, crop productivity and quality. Maize production process is optimized by the combined use of N90R60K90, lupine green manure and microbial biopreparations. Thus there is a forming of favorable compounds content of nutrients in the plow soil and subsoil layers, reducing of nutrient losses, increasing of optical density of sowings, net photosynthesis and species productivity. The favorable for maize production process groups of microorganisms are being formed within these conditions in the root zone, the course of the process of biological transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil is being optimized. It has been determined that the combined use of green manures and microbial biopreparations significantly limits the loss of nutrients and compounds soluble humus due to leaching of the soil profile beyond the root soil layer. The elaborated technology of maize fertilizer (green manure + N90R90K90 + biopreparation) comparing to the conventional mineral fertilization system (N90R90K90) provides gain of the grain yield 1.4-1.5 t/ha and increase net income by 1.8 times.
