Nirshberg O. Peculiarities of clinical course and differentiated treatment technique in patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head

Clinical-and-laboratory study is devoted to development and substantiation of treatment technique in patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) at different stages of the disease, improvement of little invasive surgical intervention methods in aseptic necrosis and surgeon armamentarium for them in order to improve treatment results of the above mentioned patients group. In the study etiological aspect and peculiarities of the disease course associated with it are considered in detail, treatment results both of preserving surgical interventions and of total hip joint replacement in this pathology are analyzed. On the basis of investigation of clonogenic activity of stromal stem cells in the zone of necrotizing damage the regeneration potential of the bone tissue in aseptic necrosis of the femoral head is analyzed in detail; conception about morphogenesis of the disease is elaborated. Basing on generalization of obtained results indicative scheme of treatment technique concerning patients with ANFH has been developed and working etiologic disease classification proposed.
