The factors of influence on the coefficient of adhesion and rolling resistance are identified. A mathematical model of oscillatory processes in contact tire with the ground is offered. Developed software-hardware complexes for research interaction model pneumatic tire with the ground and to study the elastic properties of the tire at one-, two- and three-axle load. The conditions of occurrence of oscillatory processes in contact pneumatic tire models with loose soil and influence the design and operational factors on these oscillatory processes. A method of optimizing the elastic properties of propulsion, based on the conditions to maximize traction.
