Research is devoted to the problem of formation and development of regional legal services market in Ukraine. The role of the legal services market in the regional markets is determined and the stages of its development in Ukraine are identified. The paper clarifies the essence, forms the structure and determines the features of the regional market of legal services. It generalized international experience of forming, development and regulation of the legal services market at its different levels and considered the possibilities of its incorporation in Ukraine.The factors and general trends of the world and mega regional legal services market are determined, the tendencies of formation of the legal services market in Ukraine and in the regions are considered on the basis of official statistics; the paper generalized special surveys the legal services market and made their adaptation to the regional level.The Concept of development of regional legal services market is elaborated. The methodology of formation of regional reputation ranking of law firms is proposed. The marketing tools which are effective at the regional level are defined in this research.
