Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the electrophysical and thermal properties of composite with nanocarbon and with binary filler. In the process of research the methods of fabrication of the ultrathin graphite nanoplatelets and polymer composite with binary filler were developed. It is shown that using nanocarbon as fillers makes it possible to obtain the composite with a low percolation threshold, and the addition of dielectric filler leads to a decrease of percolation threshold and an increase of the electrical and thermal conductivity in these composite materials. The concentration dependencе of the electrical and thermal conductivities which have been calculated according to the proposed models.
