Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of inductive methods and automated information technologies for Sich-2 remote sensing data preprocessing in order to create completed information products that would be competitive in the global market of remote sensing data. The inductive method, algorithm, information technology and software-technical complex are developed for automatic georeferencing the data of spacecraft Sich-2. The inductive model and automated information technology for Sich-2 cross-calibration are developed. The method of reconstruction of missing data in time-series of optical satellite images with medium spatial resolution is modified by developing and adding the procedure of automatic creation of training set. The scheme of the perspective spacecraft Sich-2-1 data processing to level 2 is first developed, which includes the main results of the research.
