An important scientific and technical applied task is completed in the present thesis in terms of cardiovascular pathologies diagnostic process efficiency increase by models and methods creation of cardiovascular system operating mode analysis based on physiological parameter measurements, taken in non-standard conditions. Mathematical models are determined, which correspond to various regulatory reaction types, indicative for different cardiovascular system conditions. Age related arterial blood pressure changes are researched in similar sex groups. The procedure of differential diagnosis method configuration is developed and proved by multiple arterial blood pressure and heart rate measurements in cases, when measurements of patients with various conditions partially intersect. On the basis of the carried out research there is an information system created for cardiovascular system operating mode determination, which allows to carry out a cardiovascular system condition diagnosis process via the remote access mode, based on arterial blood pressure and heart rate monitoring data, and provides feedback between a doctor and a patient.
