Essay

Ultrasonic treatment is an effective way for carbon materials, natural minerals, nanostructures GaSe<LC> and MCM-41<LC> modification. Complex studies discovered: changes in the phase composition of intercalated minerals and in electron spectrum; anomalous high value of the Li diffusion coefficient; the power characteristics increase in the primary power sources under ultrasonic influence. It causes extremely high value of the dielectric permeability at low loss tangent in nanostructures.
