Thesis deals with the state and improvement of organizational and agrotechnological bases decorative planting material production in Ukraine.Evaluate the current state of the domestic ornamental nursery and given a scientific evaluation of its level, identified characteristics of the current trends and the production of planting stock of ornamental woody plants in Ukraine.Develop and validate zoning of Ukraine with the release of the three zones of the decorative nursery against which suggested scientifically based diversification woody ornamental plants.Received further development of scientific knowledge on the differentiated application of growth substances for the vegetative propagation of the western arborvitae considering of its species-specific features.Processed scientific and methodological approaches bioassay for optimizing the composition of substrates for growing planting material of ornamental plants with closed root system.The recommendations about the features of the production of integrated use of organic and mineral fertilizers prolonged action «Plantacote» for container culture of ornamental plants.
