Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the analysis of influence of rheological properties of working fluids for work of mobile hydraulic actuators or its elements in unstable not isothermal modes of behavior. Consideration of designs of the mobile hydraulic drive gears is given. The design of a drive gear of CDM, on which the design scheme is based. The developed hydraulic model unit by which the calculations of pressure losses in the hydraulic line drive. Changes resulted determination of pressure losses in the hydraulic system, depending on the rheological properties and temperature of the working fluid, and changing the parameters of the drive, such as the flow rate of the fluid in the system, Torque and CDM hydraulic motor shaft. The paper determins the rheological properties and hydraulic resistance coefficient for hydraulic elements by changing temperature conditions and aviation engineering oils. The analysis of geometrical parameters and configuration channels to pressure losses in the hydraulic unit was made. Exergic analysis conducted and developed graph-analytic method for calculating system. The method of calculating an improved hydraulic feed drives in unstable conditions.
