The thesis deals with new solution of actual scientific neurosurgical problem - improved performance in repeated interventions in discogenetic pathology lumbar spine based on differentiated surgical approach. Clinical and neurological manifestations of the disease are compared with data neyrovizualizuyuchyh research methods allowing to optimize differentiated indications for surgical treatment.
