Essay

Object - process of transportation of chip by screw conveyor with fastened additional blades. The objective - increasing of productivity and reducing of energy intensity of transport processes of chips by screw conveyor. Scientific novelty - mathematical models, that allow to define the optimum parameters of additional blades of spiral of screw, are received. Practical value - a modernized prototype of screw conveyor tested in laboratory and industrial conditions. The degree of implementation - implemented in PE "TBA SKIF" and LLC "Pridneprovsky Mechanical Plant". Scope (industry) application - engineering.
