Essay

The object of study - the impact of complex interconnected thermal-hydraulic processes in the irreversibility on the thermoeconomic efficience of vapor compression thermotransformers. Goal - the creation and implementation of experimentally and theoretically justified technique of modernization of a vapor compression chillers taking into account providing at minimum the cost of reconstruction options when replacing inefficient equipment for actual conditions of its operation. Research methods - methods of modern applied thermodynamics, mathematical modeling, physical experiment. Theoretical and practical results - thermoeconomic optimization algorithm can be used for design and modernization of vapor compression thermotransformers. The novelty - was developed a methodology that allows to estimate the contribution of the aggregate of thermal-hydraulic irreversibility of processes in the elements of the refrigeration unit to assess the feasibility of exergoeconomic possible options replace its equipment when upgrading from a position of value generated cold. The degree of implementation - the results used in the modernization of the refrigeration equipment to Novovodolazhskzky factory dairy, "Wimm-Bill-Dann Ukraine" - Kharkov, Pyryatynsky and Velikoburluksky cheese factory.
