Cluster models of polymorphic phases of cubic sphalerite and of hexagonal wurtzite for stoichiometric II-VI (ZnX, CdX; X = S, Se, Te) crystals have been proposed. At the work were spent calculations of thermodynamic parameters under normal conditions and were defined the analytical expressions of temperature dependences for energy E, enthalpy H, Gibbs free energy G, entropy S for sphalerite phase of stoichiometric zinc and cadmium chalcogenides crystals . Debye temperature TD as a function of temperature and temperature of phase transition "sphalerite-wurtzite" have been defined.
