In the paper the new scientific results are obtained, which provide a solution to the scientific problem of increasing the application effectiveness of firefighting aircraft An-32P in localization of landscape fires. Peculiarities of fire aviation application (and aircraft An-32P in particular) in liquidation of landscape fires and tactics of fire fighting water discharges are studied, as well as the distribution of water within the water spot area which is formed by the discharge.
