The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of hydrological observations, consistent patterns of functioning of basin systems and system stream - riverbed using the example of the Upper Prut and Siret river basins. In this thesis, a retrospective analysis of a network of hydrometric observations on the rivers of Prut and Siret basins is made.
