Essay

The thesis is devoted to the experimental study of phase transitions and structural changes that occur during superplastic deformation of alloys 01420T, 1933, 6111, AK4-1p, AMg2M. The temperature - strain rate conditions of superplasticity occurrence for alloys 01420T, 1933 and AMg2M are determined and its phenomenological parameters are investigated. The phase composition, the reasons of partial melting of alloys and the likely influence of the liquid phase, concentrated at the grain boundaries in the form of inclusions on the deformation performance and accommodative mechanisms developed during superplastic flow are analyzed for all the investigated alloys. The mechanism of the fibrous structures formation, which were found in superplastically deformed alloys is studied, and their typical morphological types are described
