Kaminska O. Formation and development of productive and innovative clusters in the regions of Ukraine

The theoretical and methodological bases, methodical and practical recommendations for formation and development of industrial innovation clusters in the regions of Ukraine in conditions of innovative economical development are grounded in the thesis; the scientific approaches to the definitions "cluster of industrial enterprises" and "productive and innovative clusters" are researched; the new features of productive and innovative clusters of the regions of Ukraine and approaches to assessment of efficiency of cluster forming in the regional industry are outlined; the comprehensive analysis of innovation processes in industrial regions of Ukraine is carried out; the necessity of creation of productive and innovative clusters in the regions of Ukraine is grounded; the opportunities and ways of adaptation of foreign experience in clustering of industrial enterprises are defined; the new principles of formation the industrial policy in the region are created and grounded; the concept of the formation of regional productive and innovative clusters is improved; the basic principles of development of productive and innovative clusters of network type are identified; the basic methodological principles of formation and development of productive and innovative clusters in the regions of Ukraine are formulated; the proposals for formation and organization of innovative subsystems of regional productive and innovative cluster are developed.
