The essay is devoted to the elaboration and grounding of the theoretical-methodological basis for the ecologisation of the regional growth, it's definitions are precised, the logic of it's co interference with the forming of the invest potential is established, the peculiarities of forming the invest milestones for ecologisation as well as the factors of influence on such processes are determined; the complex scrutiny of the regional problems of ecologisation combined with the efficiency of the regional ecological policy' realization is performed; the methodological supply for the estimation of the invest attractiveness for the region is developed, that concerns the influence of ecological factor on it's fractures; the contradiction in the relationship system concerning the formation of the efficient invest tools for the ecologisation of the regional development are determined; concept ways for the rationalization of nature consumption and guarantee for the invest attractiveness of regional ecologisation are proposed; the means for the speed up of the process of ecologisation on invest rails is grounded.
