The research of morphological and anatomical features of annual shoots of mock orange found, that in their structure stand rather conservative (structure of xylem, phloem and the epidermis) and plastic (perymedulyarna zone, sclerenchyma ad parenchyma axial) signs. Established a significant frost-, drought- and heat resistance of the genus Philadelphus L. The functional status of photosystem and pigment complex leaves of mock orange characterizes them as plants adapted to a wide range of lighting. Investigated the structure of secondary metabolites in leaves tissues of the genus Philadelphus L., that allowed revealed the biochemical multivariate their phenolic complex and specific group of flavonoids dwarf forms of mock orange, that actively influences in the hormonal regulation of morphogenesis. Designed the optimum scheme cultivation adapted plant material, identified the most effective stimulant of for root green cuttings. Improved the biotechnology propagation of mock orange in vitro, which include the activation of growth meristem explants, direct morphogenesis and allows to get a large number of plants.
