Essay

The dissertation is devoted to analysis of interpretative strategy and the world of ideas, produced by British historians and humanitarians, who have considered the key problems of contemporary history and international relations. The main approach is to resolve this scientific question means, that author overlooks liberal idealism as integral paradigm and illustrative-interpretative scheme, which proposes own vision of contemporary socio-historical reality. It have been founded origins of this paradigm, identified its representatives, improved theoretical-methodological basis of liberal idealism. It is also analyzed compliance of contemporary history liberal-idealistic considering with internal and external (political, economical, social) climate, which proved a sociocultural unity of that time historical reality with its conceptual representation. Besides, liberal idealism is followed up in the scope of historical science, which lets to excavate in its terms the historiosophical and concrete historical conceptions. The author tried to avoid isolated exposition, having inscribed history of liberal idealism into the rage of theoretical-methodological and epistemiological problems inherent in social enquiry theory both in Britain and Europe.
