Essay

The work is dedicated to fundamental and applied aspects of new encapsulates formation to improve the performance of electronics devices. The possibility of using natural minerals such as pyrophyllite and chalcopyrite for Li+ - intercalation current-formation is shown and developed ways to improve its efficiency. Colossal magnetoresistance in a weak magnetic field, the phenomenon of negative photo- and magnetocapacitance, quantum photocapacitance, photodieleсtric and magnetocapacitance effects are found in nanohybridized clathrates at room temperature. Special attention is given to development of approaches to create quantum batteries and spin capacitors.
