Essay

Established that the introduction of probiotics in the diet of pigs "Probion-forte" and "BioPlus 2B" positive affect on: erythropoiesis and the growth of general protein in the blood that points to a greater the intensification of protein metabolism in animals; increasing the content of RNA and glycogen in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes; increasing the thickness of the mucous membrane of the stomach and the basic glycosaminoglycans in the secretions of epithelial cells; growth of in villus height and crypt depth of duodenum mucosa and increased RNA the content in the cytoplasm of enterocytes and basic glycosaminoglycans in the microvilli. It was found a positive effect of probiotic preparations on the ultrastructure of enterocytes that the increasing height and width of microvilli with increasing the content of active chromatin in the nuclei of cells. It is shown increase the relative cross-sectional area of lymph nodes peyerovyh plaques in the ileum; increasing the thickness of the mucosa of the cecumin parallel increase in the content of RNA in the cytoplasm of enterocytes and basic glycosaminoglycans in secret of goblet cells. In the gut increases the number of lactobacilli, bifidobacteria while reducing the number of E. coli (pathogenic microflora), that indicates a restore balance to the intestinal flora.
