An object of researches is transport processes of moving, storage and preparation of raw material materials, and also export of the prepared products and wastes in the transport-technological chart of domain production. The article of researches is conformities to law and dependences of forming of expenses and use of power and natural resources on промтранспорте of domain production.Methods of researches : analysis and synthesis of the systems at the review of structure of objects and processes; method of multicriterion estimation with participation a person, a decisionmaking; statistical analysis and imitation design; factor analysis of dependences of size of losses; method of ranging with participation a person, a decisionmaking.On the basis of account and estimation of expenses of power and natural resources the method of increase of efficiency and энергоресурсосбережения, allowing to set directions of priority development of processes and objects of transport-technological chart of domain production, is worked out. The method of ranging got development with participation an expert, by presentation of industrial transport of domain production as aggregate of logistic streams; prognosis trends allowing in practice to set the expenses of natural resources in spatio-temporal factors are offered.
