The thesis is devoted to developing digital radio engineering devices with pulse-frequency information coding, those base schemes are implemented using superconductivity and Josephson junctions. This provides quick-action and noise-stability increasing when processing radio signals and power consumption decreasing. An approach based on transformation of elemental operations, performed by Josephson-junction base schemes, into elemental operators, performing pulse-frequency logical functions, was proposed. The method of synthesizing the digital radio engineering devices with pulse-frequency information coding has been improved; it differs from the well-known methods by using algorithms and software for realizing pulse-frequency logical functions, membership functions, filtration functions and for constructing the structure diagrams, that allows automating the devices synthesis process and reducing labor expenditures. The mathematical models and structure diagrams are developed. Logical frequency converters and auxiliary signal generator based on the Josephson junctions are examined. Structure diagrams of the digital radio engineering devices with pulse-frequency information coding - a binary encoder, ternary algebraic adder, and arbitrary function device are synthesized.
