Essay

Present thesis is devoted to studying the nuclear isomeric state excitation in the photonuclear reactions.The results of measuring the dependences of the isomeric ratios for the studied reaction yields on the maximal Bremsstrahlung energy in within the energy range from the reaction thresholds to 22 MeV. Using the reverse matrix method, the excitation cross sections for the isomer states of the 120mТе, 122mТе, 124mТе, 130mТе and 116mCd nuclei in the photoneytron reactions have been obtained in the giant dipole resonance energy region.The cross sections for the all reactions under study have been calculated using the TALYS computer code. A comparison with the experimental results provides a good qualitative agreement. The influence of the pre-equilibrium component on the nuclear isomeric states population in the photo-neutron reactions have been analyzed. It has been shown that more accurate description of the experimental data is reached with the microscopic level structure being taken into account.
