Essay

Pancreas, liver, brain, blood. Clarification of free radical oxidation and NAD- and NADP-dependent redox processes in the pancreas and liver of rats in dynamics of acute pancreatitis, their correction biologically active supplement "Alfa+Omega." Research method is flow cytometry, spectrophotometry, calorimetry, chromatography, enzymatic methods and mathematical statistics. It was demonstrated the elevation of reactive oxygen in leukocytes by acute pancreatitis unchanged their viability. The violation of antioxidant balance: the accumulation of lipid peroxidation products (TBK-AP, DC), accompanied by changes in enzyme activity of antioxidant systems (SOD, catalase) and reduced glutathione levels in the blood, the pancreas and the liver. For the first time revealed reduction of NAD in the pancreas, liver and brain, as well as the ratio of free NAD(P)/NAD(P)H pairs. It was shown changes in the concentration of amino acids in serum and liver of rats. It was established growth of total lipids, triacylglycerols, cholesterol in plasma, pancreas and liver of rats and redistribution of saturated to polyunsaturated fatty acids by stearic, palmitic and myristic acids and reduction of polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly linolenic, eicosapentaenoic acid and dekosaheksaenoic. Corrective action Supplements "Alpha + Omega" for experimental acute pancreatitis can be carried out as by recovery of energy processes in the studied tissues, especially in the pancreas, and by normalization of serum amino acids in the blood and liver parameters pro-antioxidant balance, the relative content of fatty acids of total lipids blood plasma, pancreas and liver of rats. The results are important both in theoretical aspect and the practical use of dietary supplement "Alfa + Omega." The field is the use of biology and medical institutions.
