Object of research: process of functioning of crane mechanisms. Object of research: process of functioning of crane mechanisms. The purpose of work is increase of technical and operational characteristics of load-lifting cars due to reduction of expenses of energy, dynamic loadings and duration of a reloading cycle. Theoretical and practical results consist in development of recommendations about increase in admissible quantity of cycles of loading of a metalwork, reduction of electricity consumption and reduction of duration of a running cycle. Scientific novelty consists in obtaining new regularities of change of power consumption, service life of elements of a metalwork and duration of running cycles.
