The tribotechnology of strengthening of cylindrical sliding guides by discrete electrocontact cementation was developed. The technological device was manufactured to implement the method. By means of mathematical planning of the experiment method optimal parameters were obtained. The obtained solution of the wearcontact problem for cylindrical guide slide. The analysis of the stress-strain state of carburizing the surface with different discreteness coefficient was carried out. The method of determining the wear characteristics on the results of the experimental tests for wear were developed.
