Essay

The paper presents the results of a theoretical analysis of the problem of political leadership in the domestic and foreign researches. It defines the specificity of the parliamentary political activity, which consists in passing through the electoral process and obtaining a mandate through vote of the citizens, what gives more freedom in implementation of policies on the level of the community that has chosen the candidate. Electorate on the local level more aware of person's activity before one became a deputy, that's why which it delegates authority to make decisions affecting the community's life.
