The thesis is oriented to scientific and applied problems of ensure consistency, accuracy and speed in solving problems of functioning and development of energy systems and systems through a unified system for description and identification of modes parameter of electrical energy consumption. In accordance with a unified system, a model for description and identification schedule of electrical loads has created to describe its optimization, compression, recovery and protection in transmission lines. In addition, a method of adapting for the model description and identification of schedule of electrical loads to existing methods of medium-term forecasting is developed.
