The thesis is devoted to the developmeant of the new electromagnetic devices resonant vibration action to activate liquid substances , increase efficiency and quality of cavitation processing liquids. Elastic parameters of vibration and drives cavitator were grounded to ensure high performance with minimum energy consumption. Experimental study of vibration resonance cavitator steps to activate liquid substances was carried out.
