Yakovenko A. The information technology of decision-making support in the surgical treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease

The complexes of postoperative complications risk factors are established in the present thesis which allow to carry out support of decision-making in the surgical treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease. On the basis of binary logistic regression, taking into account the complex of risk factors, mathematical models of predicting the development of complications after coronary artery bypass grafting were made, which allows predict for preoperative stage the development of complications in the early postoperative stage. The models of relationships of individual risk factors of postoperative complications with other factors were constructed that provide possibility for advocacy risk factors. It was developed the information technology, which includes the analytical module for preoperative and operation data processing that allows predict the postoperative complications and the further correction of treatment procedures based on determination of significant risk factors and the relationships between them.
