Essay

The object – ferumdefitsytna piglet anemia and methods of prevention. The aim of the thesis was to clarify the dynamics of the content of trace elements (Fe, Cu, Co, Mn) in plasma and intensity of binding of iron transport proteins, indicators oksyhentransportnoyi function of blood, processes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant status in metabolism body piglets in the period from birth to 32 days old in conditions of iron citrate administration as part of the preparation "Nanoferotsyt." Methods: biochemical (hemoglobin, total protein and protein fractions composition of the drug "Nanoferotsyt" on ferumtransportnu oksyhentransportnu and function of blood and metabolic processes in the body piglets, established efficacy of this drug for the prevention of nutritional anemia. It is shown that the introduction of iron citrate improves the erythrocyte count and hemoglobin concentration in the blood, positively affects the function of transferrin ferumzv'yazuvalnu changes relative content of beta and gamma globulin and Fe, Cu, Co, Mn in plasma. Established normalization of lipid peroxidation products and antioxidant system activity of enzymes (superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase), increasing the concentration of glutathione in erythrocytes and vitamins A and E in the blood plasma of pigs under the influence of iron citrate., products of lipid peroxidation, glutathione and vitamins A and E, antioxidant enzymes level of binding iron to transferrin); physical (hematocrit value); Atomic Absorption (content Fe, Cu, Co, Mn); morphological (number of red blood cells, red blood cells population ages, indexes of red blood cells); zootechnical (increase in body weight, survival of animals); statistics. Novelty - first obtained data on the dynamics of binding iron to transferrin and serum ferumzv'yazuvalnoyi properties piglets in the period from birth to 32 days old, found changes of content Fe and other trace elements (Cu, Co, Mn), and total protein and its fractions in blood in the postnatal period.
