Essay

The paper presents the structural organization of lymph nodes, spleen, heart, lungs, liver, kidney of the dogs under conditions of acute disease. The complex experiments (clinical, hemological, anatomical, histological, morphometric, statistics) were made in Ukraine firstly. The process of pathology rise and the extend of lesions and systems in dogs were studied. The investigations conducted show that the absolute and relative weights of dogs’ organs are higher in groups of testing animals. The morphological experiments with dogs have shown the disfunction of histostructure and quantity changes in lymph nodes structure (diffuse swelling, cortical and corn substances with serous exudate, decrease of quantity of lymph nodes in 8.5 times, increase of connective stroma in 1.4 times), spleen (deformation of lymph nodes and their necrosis, decrease of red splenic pulp in 1.1 times), heart (thickening of cardiomiocell), lungs (decrease of raspiratory surface for 13.85 %), liver (accumulation of bilirubin in cytoplasm and increase of their volume in 3.2 times), kidney (deformation of renal corpuscles and their necroses). The research results on the cellular, tissue, organ level show the todays idea about the morphological changes in the organizations of the animals as a result of pathogenic action of babesiosis. It also depends on virulence and organism resistance.
