All forage grasslands on the basis of the soil-environmental, ecological and botanical and economic principles divided into 4 classes, 9 types and 11 varieties, there is presented their complete environmental performance. A complex inventory of the modern species composition has been made, so it was identified 720 species of fodder plants, and their abstract is composed, analysis is made. For the conditions of northern Steppe of Ukraine the high economic and bioenergy efficiency techniques improve forage land surface in the production of green pasture forages fixed, which is provided on the floodplain and lowland meadows, where the attributable and net profit from pasture topping after uneaten plants by animals is 81-120 UAH/hectare, and fertilizing of hayfields and pastures with fertilizers in dose N30 provides the profit from 123 to 450 UAH/hectare.
