The dissertation is dedicated to the justification of a differentiated approach to the treatment of patients with knee joint osteoarthrosis anti-inflammatory drugs, depending on bone mineral density, C-reactive protein and severity of osteoarthritis. The features of the course and gonarthrosis clinical manifestations in patients with reduced bone mineral density. The interrelation of C-reactive protein levels and bone mineral density in patients with knee joint osteoarthrosis. Found out positive influence of chondroitin sulfate on the dynamics of BMD (T- and z-indexes, SD) from ultrasonic densitometry in patients with knee joint osteoarthrosis.
