Essay

Objective: theoretical generalization and development of practical recommendations to improve the process of formation of a strategic vision of social and economic development of the regions, based on the definition and reconciliation of interests of the institutional environment. The object of study - the formation of a strategic vision of social and economic development of the regions. The subject of the study - a set of methodological regulations and organizational tools to integrate the interests of the subjects of the institutional environment of the region in the process of forming its strategic vision. Methods: structural and logical analysis; methods of theoretical generalization, system analysis and grouping; grouping and classification; statistical comparison, grouping and summarizing; questionnaires and interviews; Statistical analysis; mathematical methods of decision support systems; graphical analysis. It is proposed: clarifying the category "strategic vision of social and economic development of the region", which includes the existence of an integrating, the target component and the coordination of interests, which reflects the related internal and external dimensions, allows detailing the subjects of goal setting and defines the constituent elements of the mission in the region. Improved: complex methodical support of the formation of a strategic vision that allows to realize the goal of variability algorithm. Implemented: the organization of the formation of a strategic vision of social and economic development of the region. Scope: regional authorities, universities.
