Essay

The work presents the scientific argumentation and new solution of task consisting in the construction of the automated control system of the thermal state of high furnace of higher quality in the conditions of change of its dynamic parameters by means of synthesis and realization of adaptive control on the basis of identification of the thermal state and its prediction by the accumulation-issue cycles of cast-iron. On the basis of received results it was chosen the criterion of the thermal state control of high furnace, which allows by stabilizing of trend of fusion level to provide stabilizing of silicon and sulphur content in cast-iron. The adaptive control system is developed with the intellectual prediction of the state of object using the local subsystems with self-tuning and PID regulators. The complex of algorithms of adaptive control, which contains the algorithms of current evaluation and prediction of the guided process, their identification and adaptive control state is developed, that allows to realize the systems, invariant to the change of the work modes, and, thus, increase the control quality of high furnace thermal state.
